Smooth Office was recommended to me by a friend and I decided to give it a go with a free week’s trial.  After losing the Company Secretary I decided I had nothing to lose.  Well all I can say is how fantastic this service has been.  I have been struggling as a small business for the last 18 months trying to juggle office time while still being hands on.  I was always worried that if I wasn’t available in the office and people had to leave a message it did not give the right impression that I was trying to create.  This service does give the right impression.  The girls are very professional, helpful, courteous and very friendly. You would think that they had been working for me for years.  This is a fantastic service to any small business like myself and if I could give any advice I would say once you have used them you will wonder how you have coped without them. 

I am very impressed with this service and hope that I can pass this onto other small businesses that I know.
